To set up a small scale industrial unit
Loans up to Rs 25 lakh are given to Divyangjan for construction, carpentry and production. Persons with disabilities shall be the owner, chief executive officer of the company and shall employ at least 15 percent persons with disabilities.
Eligibility:-
1. Must be 40 percent or more disabled.
2. Age should be between 25 to 50 years.
Annual Income:-
1. Less than Rs.5 lakh per annum in urban area.
2. Should be less than Rs.3 lakh per annum in rural area.
3. Relevant Educational/Technical/Professional Qualification and Experience.
Rate of interest:-
1. Up to Rs.50,000 - 5% per annum
2. Above Rs 50 thousand and up to Rs 5 lakh - 6 percent per annum
3. Above Rs.5 lakh and up to Rs.15 lakh - 7% p.a.
4. Above Rs.15 lakh and up to Rs.30 lakh - 8% p.a.
5. All loans to be repaid within 10 years.
6. Rebate on interest of 1 percent per annum for women with disabilities.
7. Additional discount of 0.5 percent to visually impaired / hearing impaired / mentally retarded disabled beneficiaries.
